while other people’s look like this, i forgot i wasnt wearing pointe… nasty surprise when my toes almost broke off from my feet.

the stage. our stage. all of us. CHS former students scattered all across the globe; current students who prance about chasing each other on it. as eerie looking as it is, as many ghost-stories told about it, it’s still a fairy world up there.

rehearsals on stage. the ancient stage. dirty, dusty wooden floors. love the feeling of it nevertheless. how many performance has it served? how many dancers has tip-toed across it? how many people whizzed through before curtains go up? how many mice scurrying to the dark corners at night?

pretty much the landmark of Batu Pahat – the round-about. can you see the huge orange sun that i did not actually managed to capture? see how beautiful the sky is? see how they have changed our road lamps into fanciful ones that costs loads more while we tend to drive through old kampung roads with a grand total of zero lamp posts? why couldnt they leave our simple ones alone and use the extra money to get some for places who have none? what can fanciful lamp posts portray? that we are rich? when we know we are not? isnt it some kind of a pretense? and the building in construction over there. it used to be old asrama of fellow police forces. wished they didnt tear it down, i kinda liked the feeling of it when it was there. im not sure what this will turn into, but it’s adding to my loathings of skyscrapers, even though it’s not that high yet, but you get the idea. wish they can leave Batu Pahat alone.

i love art class. i love how it’s so free, so unpredictable, so creative, so absolutely wonderful. i still think my dad draws best.

mum would always hand me a couple of these Chinese wolfberries to eat. i never liked them! i would wrinkle my face uncomfortably as i quickly chew them into pieces and wash them down with water. that’s probably why i dont have nice skin :(
